Neighborhood

Semi-rural residential area on Hot Springs Road just outside the Village of Nakusp. The location is scenic — framed by the Selkirk/Monashee ranges and Upper Arrow Lake — and is popular with visitors for nearby natural attractions: Nakusp Hot Springs (short drive uphill), Halcyon Hot Springs (north on Hwy 23), lakeside recreation, hiking trails (Hot Springs Trail, Kimbol Lake), and easy access to Nakusp’s shops, cafes and services.

Find us

Most visitors and residents rely on a car—Hot Springs Road connects directly to BC-23. The property is walkable to nearby trails; the Village of Nakusp and lakeshore are a short drive. BC Transit operates limited scheduled service between Nakusp and Nakusp Hot Springs (check current days/times). Nakusp Airport (TC LID: CAQ5) is a small asphalt runway on Hot Springs Road for private and charter aircraft. Regional ferries (Shelter Bay–Galena Bay across Upper Arrow Lake) and longer-distance bus routes are used by visitors travelling without a private vehicle.
